EDMONT INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS is an American film company based in Saint Louis, Missouri, registered in the state of Missouri, in March 2019.
MISSION
Our reason for being is to create global content with messages of social awareness, showing the best places, settings and activities at an international level, seeking to improve our prospects for growth and continuous well-being.
VISION
Edmont International Productions in 2025 will be recognized as an international film company, a leader in productions of social problems characterized by its great professionalism and human work.
The company Edmont International Productions will create commercial and international films. Each film will be educational, always keeping the attention of each recipient for the visual quality and entertainment for the entire audience. The company will seek and produce real stories with problems that are affecting the lives of many people in all societies worldwide, such as: bullying, human trafficking, family violence, etc. By producing these types of films, the company strives to send strong messages of social conscience and the possibility of saving lives of people who identify with the various situations exposed in the content of each production.
With the clear objective of creating content with strong messages of social conscience, the company opens with the creation of its first film called The Fire of a Dragon. A production that shows the terrible experience a girl and her family had when suffering human trafficking.

Edgar Montenegro
International actor, founder, owner, and president of the North American Film Company Edmont International Productions and Karate champion in the USA. (Black Belt – Fifth degree).
Edgar’s acting career began in some stage productions such as “The Night of the Iguana” in St. Louis, Missouri. Within the world of cinematography, Edgar was chosen as the PROTAGONIST of the film “A PAPER TIGER BURNS”, for his high level in karate and acting, managing to make the premiere of this production for Latin America at the congress of the republic in Bogotá and in St. Louis, Missouri for the United States in the year 2018.
Since 2018, Edgar has been intensely preparing both physically and acting for his great leading role in the movie The Fire of a Dragon where he will be launched as “THE NEW IMAGE OF KARATE WORLDWIDE”. In his career as a film actor, Edgar received the “LA GABIOTA” award for the new International Latin Star Actor in 2017, later the award for “INTERNATIONAL ARTIST OF THE YEAR” certified by the Senate of the Republic of Colombia in the year 2018 .
Edgar Montenegro, by maintaining his champion level for 14 years in the discipline of Karate in the USA, has received recognitions such as: The Colombian Citizen who has raised the name of Colombia in the sport of Karate, granted by the Congress of the Republic of Colombia in Bogotá in 2018. On the other hand, Tracy’s Karate School in the United States has promoted him to “FIFTH DEGREE BLACK BELT” in the Chinese Kempo style.
In his career as a high-performance martial artist, Edgar has participated in many championships in the United States, both in combat and in forms (katas). Edgar began competing in 2002, achieving first place in the “22nd Budweiser National Karate Classic” in both sparring and forms (kata). Since that year, Edgar maintained his championship for many years in this discipline, achieving consecutive wins until 2015. He decided to retire from competitions, after showing again his great prowess by winning first place in the “Eagle Classic Karate Championship”, allowing him to close his great karate career with a flourish.
